No. Hell is not a place where you roast and burn to eternity. Hell is the common grave for mankind (Sheol, Hades).

Why is this question constantly asked and no one is paying attention? Do a search at http://www.watchtower.org and type in the search box: What is hell?

Then you will see that your question should not be asked at all because Satan can only do what he is allowed to and nothing more. He cannot change hell from what it is, six feet under. How is he going to change that? No way he can.

Get smart and do your homework, man. The question about what hell is has been asked and answered many times on this forum.

Before you ask if Satan can "transform" hell, you really need to have the TRUTH as to what hell is in the first place. Agreed.

Good luck...

Since when does Satan have magical powers? He was an ordinary saint that got jealous and was sent to the depths below.

Story : Satan was jealous at the fact everyone worshiped God and not him, the glorious saint up in Heaven. So, he gathered an army. God quickly told Saint Michael the Archangel to gather an army as well. Saint Michael's army fought for God and beat Satan's army. Saint Michael the Archangel then sent Satan to Hell where he currently resides.

Magical? too? Just the very nature of the questions shows perhaps a lack of understanding of who he is. First off his powers are not magical they are innate. He is a spiritual being and so his powers are spiritual in nature. Unlike Jaycee says, Satan is much more powerful than many christians would like to admit. But Because Jesus has already won the battle, he is a defeted foe. Secondly Hell as i suppose you are refering to the place of torment/punishment reserved for the wicked, is not under the control of Satan. In fact it is this place that will be (future) created for him.
-- Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: --

So in answer to your question no he could not do so. It is a place that is prepared for the devil and his angels. Unfortunately it is for all those that choose his form of government over God's. It is the natural course of this choice. God doesnt force people into "hell" it is your choice. He actually wants to save us from that fate.

Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

First...Satan doesn't have magical powers. He may be able to do things you can't, but he's not a wizard or anything. His abilities come from his creator.

Second...your question assumes that Satan is in charge of Hell. He's not. According to the Bible (in Revelation 20) Satan will be put in hell and tormented forever.

A lot of folks see God and Satan as equal and opposite...but, according to the Bible, that's completely wrong.

Well you see
Satan was cast from heaven because he wanted to be God
And God threw him out and said He'd always win.
And Satan said, "No sir!"
Then God was like, "I'm just gonna bide my time and let him think he's winning."
As he pet a baby angel, very don-like.
So God plans to throw Satan into a pit of fire and Satan won't be able to do anything because the creation is never greater than the creator.

Satan can lie and trick you into thinking anything, to turn your eyes off the fact that God is the answer, and Heaven is the goal we should all look for through God's Son on the cross. Satan will do anything to turn you away from the living God. If Satan were truthful He would say- " I know my future and it is not good, for me or anyone who follows me, Christ died and rose and He has the victory over me and sin, turn to God before it is too late".

God made hell and its a place of suffering until judgment day, they hell will be delivered into the lake of fire with its inhabitants. Satan will be suffering too and will have no powers to change that one bit.

Mr. obvious said "Satan works for God" which implies that God is evil. That's a good one. When some Christians get away from their bibles their lack of logic gets even worse and sinks to the lowest of lows
