Yes, it is generally easier for men to lose weight because men in general have poportionally more muscle than women. Women on the other hand have proportionally more fat. Muscle burns more energy than fat does. So between a man and a woman with a similar level of physical activity and a similar diet, the man will lose weight more easily.

YES men can burn fat since the anatomy of men is design to burn fat (a source of energy) to work . Think of it as a train (old type which worked on Coal) it needs to burn coal constantly to move forward it works the same way with a mans body (when he works out of course and depending on metabolism).

Its not easier to lose weight but to lose fat. Due to high testosterone fat turns more easily into muscle for guys.

hm.... fm what i can remember fm my human bio class. women are suppose to have more fat than men, because it helps women through pregnancy. therefore women dont lose as much weight as men do since its in their nature to store more fat.
