A white one would best immitate a fleeing minnow or shad, which is a mainstay for feeding bass.

The color should not really matter it is a reaction bait. You should focus on the color of the blade. Gold, silver, painted.?? Gold works well in murkier water. Silver is good in clear water.
You are probably going to catch more bream than bass due to the fact you are useing a tiny bait.....
Go bigger use an 1/8 oz spinnerbait or something like that.

White on white with a silver blade will attract and catch many species of fish from large & smallmouth bass to shad, muskies, pickerel & pike, all sorts of larger panfish to trout (fresh & saltwater species) snook and small tarpon. I even hooked a snapping turtle on one along with a few catfish and stripers. It is a good color. I also like the grey on grey color.

I have had the most success with, yellow or, white but, there is another such bait called a Roadrunner Crappie Thunder, made by Worden's which, I have also had a lot of luck with. the only color of this lure that, I have had a lot of luck with was, the 1/8th ounce chartreuse.

I personally like the fire dot for Bass, They are aggressive to red hues and will usually just bite those out of anger... But, White with silver blades are nice, pretty much anything will go after those.

I like a gold blade and a brown or black body under low light like early morning and in murky water. In clearer water and bright sun I like the silver and white colors.

it depends on what kind of insects are in the area where you will be fishing, take the time to look at some of the insects around the lake/pond. note the colors and make your choice from there....hope this helps

I agree with expert on the white, but I also recommend using yellow or skunk (both black and white). Good Luck.
