One time, i was making out with this kid i really liked for the first time. He went to try to finger me-- but i had my period! i just said i cant and he kept askign why but i just kept saying because. i felt dumb. sooo what should i say if that happens again!?

just tell them you have you're period. it's better than them thinking that you don't like them because you won't let them do that. and if they're mature enough to do that, they're mature enough to be told that you have you're period.

If a guy is too selfish to take no for an answer, you shouldn't feel like you're the dumb one. You could just tell a guy that you're having your period or it's that time of the month or Aunt Flo is visiting or whatever phrase you want to use. Many guys even figure it out for themselves. But NO explanation should ever be required. It is your body and you should be able to refuse even with no reason at all.

Just say, I'd rather not at this time. Perhaps another time. If this kid had a brain he would pick up on the fact that it's that time of the month and back off.

My motto: Always speak the truth - why make up something that's totally not true. And there are several "nice" or "proper" ways to let him know you are on your period without being embarrassed about speaking about it.

Tell him the truth and if he gets grossed out, then he's not mature enough to hook up with you and you need to get a more mature man.
