There is a place close that advertises training to become an IT professional. Can someone tell me what this is about, how much it normally costs, how difficult it is...just the run down basically.

Well, as an IT pro, i can tell you it is fun (if you like working with computers) and can pay well, when you have certificates in your area.

This means CCNA for networking for example, or MCSA for microsoft based system administrations.

As to training - i`m a bit suspicious maybe, but you should get more information. What kind of training do they offer, and towards which function will you be trained, and when successfull, what certificates will you have?

As to difficult, that depends on you. I think some things are easy, and others more complex. There are things i do not understand, and there are things that i don`t understand why not everyone gets it.

AS to the cost - that too depends on what kind of job you`ll be training for.

There are also some employers who train you on the job.
That means, you will get certification and training, if you sign you will stay at this company for X amount of time. This would come at no cost to you, but might pay a little less than an other job would, as the company pays for your training.

When i did my MCSE training, the cost of each exam was about $350 each. Add to that some classroom training..
It can get pretty expensive.

I work in IT. I'm a field Tech. I like the company I work for and my Boss is the best I've had yet.

Anyway, first things first,..in order to be in the IT field, you must enjoy learning about computers, how they work, etc. It's a good thing to know how to repair them, build them, load the operating system and software on them, configure them, etc.
There is allot to learn and quite a few types of IT fields to work in. You would really have to decide what you would be looking to do, PC Tech, Networking, etc.

Besides that, they pay really does depend on other factors as well, such as..experience and certifications or degrees.

Keep in mind though, working in the IT field can sometimes more times than none, be a time consuming and stressful work environment but it can still be fun!

Speaking as a steady at a neighborhood Hooters, nearly all of the women that paintings there like their process. You could make a few exceptional cash, chiefly in case you paintings the bar. The problem is that you just ought to manage impolite purchasers who look to suppose that Hooters is a glorified strip membership. If you will have a well GM, disorders like which might be few. The women that paintings on the Hooters I common have all turn out to be well peers. We all have a blast!!! Best of good fortune to you.
