You are the only one that can answer that. You are obviously
thinking about getting it or you wouldn't ask. I think that it's a
great idea myself.
Sounds like you and your sister love each other, and I think that it would be very sensitive and proof of love if you get it.

It depends. Is it a bonding thing? Are the two of you very close? I always feel getting something exactly like someone else is a little copy cat-ish. Maybe choose another word that has more meaning to you. Maybe share the same font.

I don't think you should get the SAME tattoo, what is unique about that? Really, you should consider getting something different but it can still be similiar. :) I LOVE my tattoos because NO ONE has them. My tattoo artist drew both by hand and I would be pissed if someone had my same tatts. In the end, you would also think about the unique body art that you must share with someone else....

I think its really cute. Only get it if you want it though. You could get a tattoo on the same order but a different word other than beauty. I think that's sweet she wants you to have the same as hers. Id do it if you feel that you want it.

the tattoo to me is kind of stupid. first of all the artist that she went to was not very good. the B in beauty is too slanted and does not look right compared to the other letters. neither does the U. and what is it supposed to mean? she finds beauty being a tramp because thats a trampstamp?? i dont get it.

if you want a tattoo get it somewhere else. otherwise guys are gonna immediately think you are easy because of it. get it on your arm or ankle or anywhere except the back. looks are the first thing people usually judge you on. when you bend over and you see that tattoo on you, guys are gonna be like "hmm she likes it from the back im gonna try to get with this chick"

We typically refer to the generic lower back tats as a tramp stamp. Your tat should be an expression of you. Something you want to show the world. Tattooing the word beauty on your back looks like your trying to convince yourself and us that it's true. find something special to you tattoos are permanent.

Its nice but if I was you I wouldn't get the same exact one. Maybe a different font and instead of a heart-maybe a star

It's not the worst I've seen, but it doesn't really capture my attention. Like, it seems a little boring.
