You can reduce 2 inches in a month by proper diet *** stomach exercise. Its waste of doing exercise WITHOUT dieting.

well that depends we dont know how much you'll lose you havet told us what exercises ur doing or anything lol but in about a month the average woman should lose maybe 6 inches

too fast losing waist can be harmful(>2-3"). lose gradually over a period of a year. else it would result in some other kind of abnormality like stomach disorders etc

i dont know how many inches but i have ehard that it is healthy to loose a maximum of 2 pounds a week so thats 8 pounds a month but i dont know about how many inches that would be

depends on body fat, muscle strength and sequencing of exercises. Proper form is a must. Proper diet and no injury, illness ,ab surgeries , recent child birth etc. Age is not really a factor.

you should lose about 20 inches in one month, thats realistic but really why do you want to lose weight, dont you enjoy eating all those foods?
