who makes it? i want an suv made by a maker of luxury vehicles. my parents said they will buy me one. 22,000 is basically my limit (And PLEASE dont go giving me cars that are that price) im looking around 15-16 thou. new, not used. so yeah, who makes a good suv around this price.

Not even the cheapest SUVs go for $15k brand new, let alone ones from so-called "luxury" brands. Either set your expectations lower, double your budget (at least), or start looking for used cars, because your current standards are unrealistic.

The SUV is dead. Only soccer moms drive them any more.
In the 1970s station wagons were popular people haulers but as the 1980s rolled around they became uncool because that is what the younger generation's parents drove.
The minivan was born and was fairly popular during the 1980s but then just as with the station wagon they became uncool to drive during the 1990s.
While the SUV has been around for quiet some time it was during the 1990s when they became popular. Its 2007 and SUVs have been becoming smaller and more car like especially the luxury SUVs that you are seeking.
Trust me SUVs are a dying trend that has nearly run its course. You would wise to consider another type of vehicle unless you want to look like a soccer mom.

i might pass with the two the Porshe Cayeene, BMW X6, or Ifniniti FX in that order in case you needed a brilliant number of sportiness with a brilliant number of luxury. If money is a controversy the BMW X6 is probable the final cost. i like the recent twin-rapid V8 it has. If sportiness isn't as super a project those are all luxury and sporty yet no longer as sporty. Acua MDX, BMW X5 or X3, Buick Enclave, Lexus RX or LX, and Mercedes Benz GL or ML. The Acura MDX, Buick Enclave, Lexus LX, and MB GL all have 3 rows in case you like extra area. My very own fav of the backside team is the MB GL. it incredibly is basically so outstanding and super luxury. look it up. My fav of the right team is the BMW X6 wish this helped :)

That price range, new, you get a Kia or Hyundai.
Nothing luxurious about those.
