Let the grill warm up before putting the meat on.
Check with a temperature fork for doneness.
It doesn't take very long, when cooking both sides.

Do not cook your meat for such a long period of time. That's the problem with George Foreman Grills: the grill get so hot, it has a tendency to burn, dryout or over cook the meat since it cooks it on both sides.

Sure, why not? It's not like it's going to fall through or something. It won't take as long to cook since the pieces are smaller. I'd give it a total of about 7 or 8 minutes. You can still use them in a stew and it will give them great-looking grill markings....

the foreman grill is designed to not dry out meat. i think you might be cooking it too long. also make sur eyou do not put any meat on it until the light turns off - that means it is ready. the grill is designed to cook quick

As with any grill - always make sure that the meat is medium well done - take it off and let it sit for a couple of minutes because it continues to cook inside with residual heat. If you cook it well done and it keeps cooking it will be over done and dried out.

marinade the meat before putting it on the grill and dont cook the meat so long....that will dry it out. and it only takes a few minutes for the meat to cook

Marinate and dont overcook it.Especially chicken.

You can also do just as good on a real grill,all the fat comes out and drips down.Any left over fat on mine I try and squeeze our or use a paper towel and soak it up LOL.

it would help to marinate the meat first. don't overcook it cuz that will dry it out also.
