Tub and surround is fiberglass and looks old and tired?

Is there a fix for that other than replacement

No. The surface finish is plastic. It cannot be painted or treated.

There is a place called Bath Fitters who can custom make a one piece tub and surround to fit over the existing one. May cost and few bucks but well worth checking into.

Spray oven cleaner on it let it sit 10 minutes then scrub it.Mine got white again
