If you eat meat, get one small package of thinly cut pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet, brown the chops well. Start a cup of chicken broth boiling. Add 1/2 cup rice, cover, and reduce heat to very low. Set timer for twenty minutes. (Don't add salt; the broth is salty enough)
Cover the chops with a can of cream of chicken soup, thinned with a little milk/water to make a gravy. Season to taste with poultry seasoning or use thyme and oregano.
Cover the skillet, turn heat down to low until the rice is cooked.
Serve the chops in gravy over the flavored rice.
This is very good with corn on the cob or peas.

Get 1 pack of lenders big bagels, 1 can of tuna fish, 1 pack of american sliced cheese, Get 1 bagel out, or 2 slice them open to make 4, put on the side, make a bowl of tuna with mayo, and onion, or how ever you perfer, sppon the tuna on the each of the bagels, Lay the american cheese on top Put in the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes no longer then 5, and watch, dont Back away The cheese will melt on top of the bagel, and have a cup of lipton noodle soup with it, Or you can also make them using pizza sauce and mozzerella cheese and 1 slice of pepporoni covering up the hole, They are called tuna melts, or pizza melts, But always always do not go away from your broiler, Always watch, because they will burn really quick

Native american Indian taco's made with fry bread homemade bean's with hamburger,cheese,lettuce,tomato and onion and home made salsa any of the ingrediance can be store bought.Fry bread is made with flour pinch of salt baking powder mix into dough and flattin out like a pancake,cooked in olive oil deep fried not too much just enough to fry each side you can even have honey and sugar with your fry bread.Awesome tasting bread.

grilled cheese tomato soup
cheese steak with fries
chicken tenders and onion rings or fries
cheese burger and tater tots
shredded pork or pulled pork on buns
baked beans hot dogs and fries
stir fry chicken brown rice or white and vegetables
chili over rice and cheddar and sour cream

I don't know what is in your refrigerator and I don't know what your tastes are...pick a main ingredient and go to either www.allrecipes.com or www.epicurious.com and do a search for that ingredient. I have gotten great ideas from both

salmon steak if you have a grill or you can do it indoor with that oven grill. quick and easy. Just brush it with butter and squeeze a lemon on it when you eat.
