I used to bartend there. If I were you, I would go in sometime and steal a drink menu. There are like 30 crazy specialty drinks you'll have to pass a test on. They have a training course, but you'll have a heads up.

Buy the "Bartender's Black Book" and memorize all the recipes on TGIF's drink list. Plus all the basic drinks; Long Island, Cosmo, Margarita, Tom Collins, Martini (all kinds), Manhattan. Also all the new popular drinks; Jagr bombs, shots, and local college favorites.
That should get you started.

Margaritas and Bloody Marys pop to mind. But if you get hired you go through their training. A friend of mine was a bartender there. She had to memorize 1000 recipes in 2 weeks.
