I'm always curious about what others believe, or about what they don't believe. I've spent a long time studying beliefs other than my own, just to get a handle on different perspectives. If unbelievers disagree with my religious views, it doesn't particularly bother me (unless they're rude and abrasive), and if they want to know what I believe and why, I'll do my best to tell them. I try to treat the opposition with respect, and hope they'll do the same for me.

We are as them. We do the same thing, eager to put them down in hopes that somehow they'll find out love through the hate. We sharpen our claws and attack them all the time, and one can't deny this. I do not wonder why because i used to be one that attacked every atheist, with verbal abusement, it's not just them but also us.

Nothing much surprises me in that way anymore, even if the Bible hadn't told us it would be so, and that we would have to just deal with it with the Lord's help (lol)

In some cases, it is because they are being convicted, or feel they are...and that is like holding a bone out to a starving dog when it comes to us Christians, for it means that they are seeking the Lord! :)

Peace be with you :)

I don't know especially here on yahoo they attack religion. My parents made us attend church until we were 18 years old. If I had kids I'd do the same. Why? I want them to have good morals and values, something that's not being taught in the public schools.

Yes, Jesus said this kind of persecution would come to us, for His name's sake! No matter how much they come at us, we still have the truth and knowledge in our hearts and that is what counts. Plus, He provides us with His strength to endure all things!

Not all of them, that is too general a statement. Sometimes, we as Christians ,fail as well. There is room for improvement on both sides.

I believe that Christians are targets because of the hope and light that others see in us. They want it. They want to have our security and salvation without committing to Christ.

that is just almost just one random stream of words with no pattern or subject at all. try again with periods or add words to make the meaning more clear.
