ntdlr missing on 2000 os?

when i boot computer it says NTLDR missing press any key to start. What do i do next?

Do a search, this a major problem and has been for a long time. There are some easy fixes and some that will require a reload of the OS.

Make sure that you do not have non bootable disk in drive A:
NTLDR this means windows is not finding the boot loader. Try the repair function in Windows sometimes it will reinstall it for you
