I doubt it. Gastric bypass surgery just bypasses the stomach, so the drugs would still be absorbed in the intestines. To avoid a positive drug test, don't take drugs.

No decent doctor will perform a gastric bypass unless you qualify as medically obese, which means you must weigh at least 100 pounds over your appropriate body weight.
