That really depends on what is in it. Your deli should have nutritional info for all thier products. Ask them but I'd say appx. 400+. Homemade would usually be less.

Depends on the number of eggs and the type of mayo used.

At home, I use potatoes, egg white, and light miracle whip, plus celery, onion powder, etc., so mine is pretty much whatever a cup of potatoes would be.

Does the label say anything?

look at the container. if there's no label, don't eat it because it's probably poisoned.
