These symptoms, especially the doubling over with pain and feeling like a stabbing going on is very concerning to me and I would recommend not waiting til Mon.

I would recommend trying one of the walk-in clinics. Some of them are now doing business within some of the big drugstores like CVS (they have Minute Clinics in several of the CVS stores).

This sounds like it could be pneumonia as one possibility.

And as for feeling like a hypochondriac I don't feel that you are because of what you are describing.

These are serious symptoms that I think someone needs to see before next week. With the walk-in clinics like the ones I mentioned they are run by Nurse Practicioners and Physician's Assistants who are trained to be evaluate something like this. If you can't get to one please go to the ER. But please don't wait.

These symptoms concern me very much.

Sounds like you have a chest infection. I would go to the emergency doctor or A & E (hospital). If you are suffering bad chest pains you need it checked out soon...

You've pulled your muscle's in your chest with all the coughing that is all. It should die down and stop in a couple of days or so. Take some pain killers to help until then. xx

You could have something pretty serious. If I were you I would go today. It sounds like pneumonia. Hurry and go. If you can't get to a doctor today, go to an ER.
