My mom does this and she said it works for her and so does my friend from school but I don't know if I can explain it. I'll try.

Stand up straight with your arms flat on your sides so your just like a straight stick. Then bend to one side (not forward or backwards) but make your hand touch the side of your knee. And then do the other side and just keep repeating this at a pretty fast and steady speed for about 20 minutes a day I guess but the more the better. Do it every day and you can do it while watching tv. Since I will be having summer vacation, I will be doing it about two times a day for half an hour. Hope it helps!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Lay on your side and with legs straight, one on top of the other. Lift the leg on top up 15 to 20 times. Do the same for the other leg as well. Kind of is like a scissor action. Also bicycling works just as well. Lunges are also great too!

None, there is no answer that works because weight loss happens all over your body no matter what exercise you do. You just have to lose weight until your hips are the way you want them.

Exercise just builds muscle. You may have muscle, but it could be hidden under a layer of fat. To get rid of fat you have to lose weight.

the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, swimming, jogging, cycling etc) - it burs fat all over your body - you can spot reduce body fat -do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) combine it with light weight training because cardio burns both - fat and muscle (more muscle=faster metabolism)

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
