I read that eating every 2 hours helps you lose weight. Is that true?

Adding big blocks of wood every 5 hrs OR Adding small pieces of wood every hour??
human body has evolved so that if u go for long times without food ur body thinks ur starving so the next time u eat all the food u eat is converted to fat.
eat small frequent meals it will increase ur metabolisim. about 7 a day is perfect

yes, eating every 2-3 hours small meals makes your metabolism faster because body gets energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves (which happens when you eat 3 big meals a day)
