find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you are working out that much and doing all the right things to lose weight, then you are probably gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you might actually gain weight if you are buffing up. If your goal is to lose weight, instead of gain muscle, then you need to cut way down on your sugars and carbs. I have lost 20 pounds on weight watchers. Its a great plan on how to eat right to lose weight and keep it off.
Good luck!

i know how you feel! i recently lost 20 lbs. and for the longest time it just wasn't coming off!!!! you sound like your doing good. my advice is even if your already eating really healthy...cut back on the grains and just eat TONS of veggies!!! those really are good cuz there so low cal. like lettuce especially. and don't eat after 8. you may already be doing this...but hope it helps! and don't get discouraged!!! YOU CAN DO IT!

:]

Are you weighing yourself? The reason why the scale isn't moving down is because your prob gaining muscle. Thats great tho!
