If you are sick with queasy tummy troubles - try gingersnaps. The ginger might help calm nausea, and the plainness of the cookies - no fruits, nuts, lumps, chunks is better.
If you are sick with trotting tummy troubles --- skip things with brans, raisns, oatmeals, grains, dates or other dried fruits. You dont need the added fibers. maybe a plain sugar cookie or maybe plain chocolate chips, since chocolate can bind you up a bit.
If you have a cold - you need something with a little oomph and flavor to stand up to congestion, again I would go back to a spice cookie and maybe add a little black pepper or cayenne to give you that nasal clearing factor. Or a ginger citrus cookie to clear mucus. Avoid chocolate chips that can form mucus in the throat. The link below shows both spicy and citrus. (I can't vouch for them, never made em, but they sounded llight and different!)
Oh, and frisky misty - above - recipe has no flour. I'm pretty sure that PB eggs & sugar baked will only make a mess in the oven, and you dont need to be cleaning when sick.

I'm not sure there is such thing as a "Healthy Cookie" but you can subsitute butter for light margarine in your cookies and opt for chopped dried fruit rather than chocolate chips, and use skim milk. Also, for the base of the cookie use oatmeal. ( Like an oatmeal raisin cookie, but with whatever kind of chopped/dried fruit you want )

I would have to say oatmeal cookies. Put lots of nuts and dried fruits like raisins, cherries even cut up apricots. Even though it still has the fat from the butter at least there are some good whole food ingredients to make up for it.

You don't like oatmeal raisin? That's as healthy as it gets. I think you could like, use apple juice.instead of sugar. So try that.
