I think 300 is a good breakfast. Thats an egg white omelet, a bowl of stovetop oatmeal, and a glass of orange juice. Protein, complex carbs, and fruit.

If you are doing 3 meals a day, I'd say have 40% to 50% of your calories in the morning and stay lighter the rest of the day. At least you should have 1/3 of your cals from it.

daily caloric intake should be 2000.

so maybe around 500 for breakfast.

which gives u another 500 for lunch.

which gives u 1000 to pig out with for dinner.
