I'm a 16-year-old Chinese, double object structure is grammar .It means that there are 2 objects add the some verbs such as :give（给）,send（赠送）,ect.
E： He gave me a pen.
他 给（了） 我 一支 钢笔。
Here, me（我） and a pen（一支钢笔） are all the objects add the verb “gave”，just like this structure which a sentence with two objects, "me" is a direct object（直接宾语） and “a pen” is an indirect object（间接宾语），it just like the "COI" and "COD" in French`````
