Has anyone used HomeBistro? Do they really honor their guarantee?

Does HomeBistro food taste good? Is it worth the money? Do they really honor their guarantee? Or is it a scam?

I have tried them. the food is not good at all. the meals tasted like cheap frozen food. i will never try their food again. the customer service was poor. the guarantee is not as it appears. they did not promptly refund my money. there are better services available which offer tastier meals, for less money and stand behind their products and word. don't waste your time or money.
