You're not starving yourself, nor are you barfing up your meals. Just make sure you eat a nutritious meal. Try a protein supplement shake with strawberries and bananas blended in. Yum!

It's possible.
Lots of people don't eat breakfast, but then again, all the crunches and push ups are excessive.
If you have trouble increasing your food intake (like, you're scared to increase it), then I'd definitely go to someone for help.
Just tell your parents or someone about what's going on, and they'll support you and make sure you eat.

You sound like you're on the verge of becoming an anorexic...be careful. You need to add breakfast to your diet, without it you won't be able to function fully throughout the day.

no, if you were anorexic you wouldn't eat anything. like not even an apple or the small amount for dinner.

yes! you need to eat a well balanced diet and do moderate exercise. just an apple for lunch is not good and you should NEVER skip breakfast. you're going to lose muscle tissue and be in real trouble before long. please seek help.

well if your weight has plummeted, and your BMI is like 16 or less then you've got an eating disorder.
