Suspended for the rest of the season,fined,pay crew members medical bills, and probation for all of 2008 season! Im a Kurt fan, but that would be very unfortunate and he would have too pay the price!!! sorry Kurt !

Years ago, Ricky Rudd came into the pits too hot and couldn't stop, and ran over Bill Elliott's rear tire changer (twice actually, he backed up over him after the first hit). the guy later died from his injuries, I'm thinking that might have been the incident which brought about the speed limit on Pit Road, but wouldn't swear to it. I don't recall anything being done to Ricky, but then again this was an accident, not anything aggressive. I guess Ricky having to live with that the rest of his life is more than enough punishment in that case. If someone actually caused a death/serious injury intentionally, hopefully NASCAR and the legal system would prosecute as fully as they could. Let's pray we never have to find out.
