Try hot oatmeal. It takes a minute or two in the microwave. Put some cut up fresh fruit in it. It will give you energy and be very filling.

What other foods do you like? Try eating one of those. I myself find pasta quite filling, and there are so many different ways it can be prepared! Top it with marinara sauce, shrimp. meatballs, chicken, vegetables. The possibilities are endless!

if u r too hungry, u must take a few sips of water first.. it helps ur acidity levels and ur tummy to calm down first... then u can hv anything u want.

you should eat something that u like. Eat a sandwich or grilled cheese. you could also eat a small snack with it, like chips, or pretzels. Whatever you like. or eat a cheese quesidilla, those are my FAVORITE!!
