I can put things in order of there priority
1. Self Control: Try controlling your diet as much as you can
Controlling diet does not mean you stop eating but shifting from tongue concious food to health concious food
Try having Oats in the morning and one more important thing break your meals in six times i.e. bottom line dont dump your stomach with too much
2. Do cardio but in case the day you are not able to do please make sure yo walk fo 20 minutes and rest be patient you will slowly reduce.
3. Few weeks yo may not see results but later you will find the benifit

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Find a bunch of sports you like and do them all the time. You'll be having fun while dropping the pounds. Also drink only water and eat only fruit and vegies raw. Just like mother nature intended!

do u belong to the ymca? if so then use their cardio equipment, if not then just go to a local track and jog, and remember that when u do cardio(running and swimming) u loose weight, but u need to lift weights too so that lost weight can turn into muscle instead of moosh.

All that will change in the next two years but in the mean time ask your mother to start feeding you good nutritious food and don't buy potato chips and sodas..
