HAIRDRESSERS IN HERE!! i want this hairstyle!.....how do i CUT it like the pic?? (pic inside)?

i want my hair like the pic i have one of my hair too....my hair is layered short with long parts coming down i really want my hair volumised with this choppy cut on top! i know how to layer hair but does any one have any tips?? my sister will be cutting it she used to train as a hairdresser....

Just show her the picture and explain ecactly what you want. My hair looked exactly like that pic for a LONG time i just recently cut it. ALL you need it to put vomlumed moose/strainted moose in while hair is damp then blow dry, then straighten all. Next put the long layers in a ponytail turn upside down and spray it with hair spray on the little layers. Then when you get back up take you hair out and mess with it and you're fingers. its a trial error thing pretty easy though. Then spray more hair spray while holding little peices up and my smooshing the back while srpaying and thats bascily it! ;]] hope i helped!
