Well that's not Spanish but Portuguese. Both languages are similar, but not equal. That message says something like "I saw your blog in Google and it is very interesting. When are you going to see my blog? It's about custom made T-shirts".
A native Portuguese speaker can tell us if I'm wrong. Hope it helps.
