When "V" breathe in? Don't you mean "You"? Your question isn't clear to me. If you mean when breathing out is it possible to smell your own breath through your nose, we don't usually do this unless the odor is especially strong. If you meant to ask if when breathing out, does your breath have a smell that others can detect, then the answer is yes.

You've got to work on how you construct your questions.

Some times people can smell your breath whenyou breath out. Not always is there a strong enough smell. But most the time if you havent eaten recently then the smell your producing is being caused by bacteria in your mouth. Thats another reason why its so important to brush your teeth and use plenty of mouth wash and floss on a dialy basis.

When you breathe in you can smell the various smell as the nerve endings pick up the chemicals in the air. When you breathe out you are unable to smell most of what you exhale as your body is giving out those smells from the pores in the skin and your nose has become used to those chemicals. However if you are suddenly giving out too much of some chemical then your nose can smell them and warn you of it.

if I understand you, we detect scents with our noses, but they don't usually give off an odor. we can give smell through our mouths depending on what we eat and how clean our mouths are. I suppose if your nose is not clean, it could give a smell, too.
