Prevention is better than cure but the cause of most cancer is unknown. There are many different thoughts about how to remain healthy but none can truly promise you perfect health. Be aware that so many "findings" never perform in real life.

I do share your skepticism of the health care industry particularly with big drug companies. There are ways to achieve the same or better results with natural or older remedies in some cases.
