My 2003 hyundai sonata is a V6, but lately it is driving more like a 4 cylinder. It just doesn't have the oomph it used to. I mentioned it to the service department when I took it in for service, but they have not done anything to increase its performance. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

If you've done what poster 1 said and made sure the fuel injectors are clean, it is time to get a compression test done of each cylinder. A compression test will tell you if there is any problem with the engine itself, its possible 1 or 2 cylinders aren't compressing properly. You also must check the spark plugs to make sure they are working correctly. Lastly, try and independent shop, they are more likely to listen if the first shop didn't.
