im really dizzy. can hardely see the keyboard. i cant feel my legs. i cant breathe and nothing has helped to far. i dont want to die.

just calm down. lie down. flop. and BREATHE SLOWLY. if you can't lie down, just put your head between your legs and lean down a tad. make sure you do this while sitting, but also make sure you don't fall down.
i'm sure you can breathe.
just calm down.

imagine a really relaxing place. like the beach.

think of your favourite spot. a comfort spot in the world.

keep imagining it and just breathe.

you WILL calm down eventually.

just busy yourself in something non-stressful.

listen to some classical music.
anything.
not rock.
not pop.
but classical.

you're ok, don't stress.
just chill. life is sweet.



p.s. if this has been going on for at least 10 minutes with the same consistency of dizziness etc, then i do suggest calling your local emergency number.
or call someone you trust and tell them whats going on.
just chill. don't panic. it'll just make it worse.
it's ok. you won't die.

At minimum, go get someone (or call someone over) so if something does happen (such as passing out), you will have someone to help you.

If you are in fear of life, call 911 right away. I am assuming you are sure this is an anxiety attack, not anything else.

OK, this is going on long enough. Anxiety atack rarely lasts longer than 10 to 20 minutes. If this is still going on, there is a possibility that your problem is something else.

Call an adult over NOW.

The good part is that you can't die from an anxiety attack. Once you realize you are having one, walk outside and take a walk. Try to figure out what in your life is bothering you. This is the hard part...If you keep having them, talk to your doctor. There are meds you can take that help. If you want the natural route, Valieran Root is safe and effective and can be found at any health food store (It sticks real bad though). hope this helps....

Your body is in "fight or flight" mode. It thinks it is being threatened and all your physical symptoms are happening because it is telling your body to flee from danger. Remember, it isn't real. There is no danger. You can't fight the attack. Ride it like a wave. It will pass. If you try to fight it in your head, it will get worse and you will be more anxious. REmember, the fear isn't real, your brain is wrong, you are safe. You are not going to die. You are not having a heart attack or a stroke or anything. YOu are completely safe. It will pass. Ride it like a wave and it will pass soon.

Call the emergency services straight away , dont take a chance because your breathing is not right .

breath into a paper bag... do what you have to do to slow your heart rate. Try breathing slowly and counting your exhales, this is a proven form of meditation... you have to concentrate and focus or you will lose your count around 4
