Yes God is quite aware of atheist. They have been around for 6,000 years. That is why the bible says that Abraham was righteous because he believed. Read Hebrews 11. That means all who do not believe in him are unrighteous.
God made reference to man trying to teach false science (evolution) but the church instead is embracing it. 1Ti 6:20 ¶ O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane [and] vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

LOL yes, God believes there are atheists....they are spoken of many times just in the N.T. alone....they are those whom adhere to the belief of "self" and whom God speaks of as something that is against God, for, "self" is their "god"... and God states clearly that He will not share "Godship" with any other....

God loves everyone and cares about them. He's obviously hurt when someone doesn't believe in him and sin against him. God loves all of his children and is terribly sad when people deny him and refuse to believe in all the blessings that he has given us. if you ever want to have a complete life with meaning, you need to turn to God. It's very simple. The bible says "We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. " But, god will except us into his loving arms and eternity if we smiply confess that we have sinned and that we believe that he is our God and savior and that he died and rose form the grave. The bible states that the christian god is aware that people do not believe in him.
The bible also states that if people are made aware of his existence and still do not believe. Those same people will go to hell.

It is not a matter of God believing in atheists. It is a matter of God loving all of his creations...including atheists.

God believes in us all, he is not a respecter of persons. It is through mans own logical rationalization that man decides that God does not exist. Belief precedes reality. By belief I have proof to me that God does exist. Without faith I cannot prove he doesn't exist and always try to prove that he doesn't to support my non- belief. So can you prove that oxygen exist when you cannot see it. Oxygen is a minute fragment of God and so are we.

According to the xians, we are children of god, too. He has to believe in us. Just because your child doesn't love/believe in you, do you turn your back on them?
