You can't really detirmine that 3,500 calories make up a pound but you can't just say a 15 pound cake has 52,500 calories because of its weight .... if you eat a 70 pound bannana you will not gain 70 pounds ... they bigger amount of food you digest is more calories it takes to digest it unless it is made with soft materials. If you sit around and do nothing you may gain 2-4 pounds that day you eat the cake - but once you body transforms the waste in the cake into waste you will go to the bathroom and lose ALOT OF WASTE. Physically, if you ate that much cake in a 1 hour time period you might throw up causing minor weight gain 2 lbs - 1 lb.
Alotgether it is not healthy for you're body...
excess calories make you weigh more not the weight of what you eat

It depends on how much fat, and calories your body has already taken in. Most people can take in about 2000 calories a day, anything over that will be turned into fat or waste. Totally depends on your metabolism. You'd have to get a full analysis from a doctor to give you a semi- accurate answer.
I can tell you that you would definitely NOT gain 15 lbs from it. That's a hell of a lotta cake by the way! haha

If you weighed yourself right before you ate it, and actually managed to eat the whole thing without throwing up, or going to the bathroom, then yes. You would gain 15 pounds by the time you finished the cake. But you would lose the weight as soon as you digested the cake and went to the bathroom.

Not necessarily. Each pound of fat you gain is equal to 3500 calories. So if that cake was made of things that were somehow low in calories, you'd have the initial weight if it being in your stomach, and then once it's processed by your body, only the actual caloric and fat intake would translate into weight. (You're going to pass most of it, not keep it all.) Also, every day you burn a certain amount of calories just by being alive, So those calories would work against what you ate.

I did it and that i misplaced about 30lbs over about three-4 months individually, i don't feel you have got to drop pounds - you appear beautiful skinny. But anyway, if you wish to lose some weight, you then must restrict your calorie intake. I'd recommend about 800-1300 calories a day. You should split this up into protein (white meats, fish and pulses), fruit, veg and dairy. The dairy is major for iron and calcium. It may also be quite low in fats and energy when you've got skimmed milk and low fat cheese and yoghurt. Attempt to restrict sweets, muffins, chocolate and biscuits - they stimulate your appetite, make you more hungry and they have got a variety of sugar and fats! Protein is foremost for weight reduction. You will have to eat either meat, fish or pulses once a day (or extra if you wish to have). As you won't eat many carbohydrates, you body turns to fat to make use of as vigor. For those who eat fewer fat they are going to get used up, inflicting you to drop pounds. Protein is central to maintain your muscle groups. Cut out the chips and crisps, and every other carbs like bread, rice and pasta when you have to consume carbohydrates have the brown grains like brown bread and brown rice make sure you exercise plenty - try to match as a minimum 30 minutes into your day if that you could, or extra if you wish to have! At the opening of every month set your self a purpose - whether you want to fit right into a pair of jeans, lose 5lbs or most effective eat chocolate as soon as per week, set a intention to obtain. Should you reap it with the aid of the top of the month provide yourself a deal with - go and spot a film, go looking with your pals, or go out for a best meal. Good luck xx

No.
you have to take into consideration the amount of energy that you spend everyday with exercise, work, etc and the energy your body spends in the daily living. you have to deduct all those calories from the calories of the cake, the difference will then translate in gained weight, in short NO

how much weight you gain depends on how many calories the cake has, not it's weight. also your metabolism and activity level will determine how many of those calories will be burned off without exercise. why would you want to eat that much cake anyway?

If it were true, then the sum of all foods you ate since birth would make you one big person.
Immediately, yes, due to addition of weight. However, it depends on how much the body absorbs before you excrete it via the other end. that amount absorbed is the added weight.
