No.

Go back to the Ancient Systems of Martial Arts.
MMA was actually started by Wrestlers and the Particular Group of wrestlers who started MMA are the Greeks.
It is said to believe the MMA began by Pankration. then it also evolved into Greco-Roman Wrestling.

In fact, Pankration is the first combat sport ever to be held in the Ancient Olympic Games in Greece.

this Just proves that MMA is more older than any Grappling or Stricking art in the World.
And certainly, Bruce Lee did not Started MMA.

If your talking about the Mixed Martial Arts concept then hell no. I'm quite sure many people have thought of and will think of this ideal of integrating all that is worthwhile-from everything around them. Although Bruce Lee also had strong emphasis on this, he would not have been the one who started the mma concept.

No
Bruce Lee was a innovator of incorporating different styles of fighting but the UFC/Pride fighting concepts have been used for centuries.
If you are familiar with the UFC then you can see the progression over time and how styles gain popularity and how great styles are just overwhelmed against others.

No... Before him Tatsuo Shimabuku mixed Naha-te, Kobudo and Chan Migwa Karate to create Isshinryu... Before him Chojun Miyagi traveled to China to mix Fuzhou Whooping Crane with Naha-Te Karate to create Goju-ryu, and Uechi mixed Pangainoon Chuan Fa with Karate. Before both of them, Bushi Matsumora fused Shuri-Te Karate with the Kung Fu of Chinese Diplomats, and traveled to China to study Kung Fu, as well as to Japan to master (and get his master certificate) Kenjitsu so he could defend his King against Satsuma Samurai. This was in the 19th century. My guess is the Mixed Martial Arts philosophy was alive and well, especially in the greatest of the old masters.
Look at how many different Chuan the Shaolin monks study. Each Chuan is a martial art, standing alone from others. So, Shaolin Kung Fu could be called an MMA!

No, I'm sure someone somewhere also came up with it years before Bruce was born, but he was one of it's pioneering proponents(if not the pioneer) in the U.S. and also the one who influenced modern martial arts the most.

No, Antonio Inoki started it when he beat Ali. But Inoki is from Brazil, so I think he was very much influenced by vale tudo.
