Take her to the vet. He's a professional and will answer all your questions correctly.

You can not tell until she is pregnant until 5 or 6 weeks or til you take her to the vet to be palpated or by ultrasound or x-ray. She can not get pregnant unless she is in heat.

You do know anything about breeding. You do not even have basic knowledge of dog reproduction so you should not be breeding your dog. You can not even manage to keep your dog out of the neighbors yard to prevent unwanted litters. DOGS ARE NOT MONEY MAKING BREEDING MACHINES. Get your dog spayed and leave breeding to those that have researched what is involved in breeding a dog and that have better resources than YA.

BTW, I hope the neighbors dog is not larger than your female because if it is and your toy poodle gets pregnant it could kill her and the pups.

Congatulations for your contribution to the pet overpopulation problem and on being a BYB!!!!

Her vagina will become swelled up and my bleed a little when she is in heat. I'm not sure if a vet will do a doggie abortion? It should hurt her bloodline especially since you said she was already mated with a Maltese.

If you are truly worried about her getting pregnant, have you thought about a fence? Doggy Diapers? And why is your neighbors dog and/or your dog out loose?

why don't you get her spayed, if you want to breed her keep her somewhere where your neighbors dog can't get her and if she keep getting into your neighbors yard it means that she probably is in heat.
