For a person 5'7" it is 143-163.

So...at the half size you should probably be able to be up to 165.

I have read that at 5' feet, a female should weigh 100 pounds. For each inch over the 5'feet , you should add 5 pounds. So considering the info you gave, 135- 140 lbs. sounds about the average weight for the height you gave. Im not sure how much to add or subtract for' big bones'.

Generally the very minimum weight is 135 lbs ( 100 lbs for 5 ft and 5 lbs every inch) but thats definitely not a standard. I would say for 5'7 between 135 and 175 would b e perfectly normal and beautiful hun : )

big build means you cannot touch your middle finger to your thumb when gripping your opposite wrist. 143-163, depending on age.

idk- i'm 5' 9" and i weigh 126 lbs. i would guess around 120 but i'm not a doctor or anything. look at fitness and health websites or go to the doctor and ask him. i'm sure there is a website for the body mass index or something.
