Tons of cardio. The more you sweat the better. I use the elliptical and find it works best, but i suggest doing more then just one cardio machine and for 45 minutes or longer! To get awesome results you really need to be seriously dedicated!!!

Any amount of exercise will help. However, intensity, rather than duration is key to weight loss. Pushing yourself hard for 20 minutes is far more effective than taking a leisurely stroll for an hour. Also, try to do intervals. Easy pace for a minute or two, medium intensity for a minute, then all out (sprint, really pushing yourself) for a minute or two, then back to easy pace.

I don't know what condition you are in, so if it has been a while, take it easy. Pushing yourself too hard could result in injury. I don't know why you aren't allowed to do weights, but keep in mind that the treadmill can be pretty hard on joints. The bike, elliptical, or stair climber may be your best bet.

I love the elliptical- it burns the most calories in the quickest amount of time. Just make sure it's on at least a level 13 or 14. The amount of time you need to spend in the gym in order to lose weight depends on many things. Losing weight means you have used up/burned off more calories than you consumed. This is why the words diet and exercise are always put together. The better your diet & workouts, the quicker you'll lose weight.

Few people realize sex is one of the easiest/cheapest ways of removing excessive fats from the body.
What you eat(an how you eat it) is much more important than simple exercise.Can/do you ride a bicycle,do/can you swim?
All that you do may NEVER be enough, IF, you only take note of the condition(good or bad) of your body for what you consider to be SPECIAL occasions.
IF,it was your childs body, you would(i hope)NEVER forget that your child NEEDS YOU to look after it.
WHY, now, as an adult(i assume) do you not pay attention to your body?
If you want to grow bigger(in which ever direction),eat anything,an dont exercise.
If you would like to keep a smaller( figure) shape, then you MUST pay attention to your food an exercise.
That does'nt mean you must starve to death ,nor kill yourself with over exercise, just be more attentive,ALWAYS,ta ra!
(What treatment are you having for your problem/s?

Why not combine a few things like 20min row.. followed by a 15min.. cycle and end with a 10min.. run. The weight will drop of in no time then so long as you stay off the junk food :)

Remember no pain no gain :)

Good luck :)

Running/jogging on a treadmill always works best for me, but unless you're used to it I wouldn't try that straight away, you need advice from the instructors at your gym as the lady above said.

My friend lost a lot of weight in a very short time by taking Silver tablets. They contain a lot of caffeine and boost your metabolism, very strong. Can buy on eBay or from medical sites she had them prescribed by her doctor. Good luck

Your success begins by choosing an activity you like - the choices are endless, elliptical equipment, treadmill, stationary bike, spinning class. To burn fat stay in the "aerobic zone" during your workout. This is done by monitoring your heart rate (here is the link with instructions http://exercise.about.com/cs/fitnesstools/l/bl_THR.htm)

Cardiovascular equipment (like the treadmill, bike, ski machine, stepper) are the ones to use. Weights are for toning , not weight loss.
