Raisins were invented (probably by accident) for just that purpose: to remain fresh. The fact that they're dehydrated, along with their sugar content, preserves them without the need for refrigeration.
An unopened package of raisins will stay fresh for years, if it's kept in a cool, dry place. Once the package is opened, air, moisture and bacteria can get to the raisins, which can shorten their useful life.
Raisins will freeze very well, because they're so low in moisture. Frozen raisins ought to last (technically) forever.

A VERY long time! Raisins are mostly sugar. If they are kept in a dark dry place they can remain eatable for over a year! Neat eh!

I would first look at the expiration on the box however, I am a cook and I know that raisins can be perserved and kept to be used even when they get hard in their box. Place the box in the microwave and warm for about 30 seconds or a little longer. They should become softer and able to use. (it is a dried-type fruit)

Your skin looks wrinkly if you stay in water for too long. So they're telling you that your skin will wrinkle up. Don't worry though, if you get out of the tub and wait a bit, your skin will turn back to normal.

A very long time. If they get hard, just use them in a curry sauce. That will re-hydrate them.
