Yes. It is a very similar to the Strike King "Redfish Magic" which is accountable for many wins on the pro redfish circuit. Both baits will be found in every redfish tournament anglers tackle arsenal.

For speckled trout when they are schooling I use the double speck jigs. They come in a variety of colors. You catch two specks at a time with these jigs and the fight is easier. With redfish, a live shrimp using a small treble hook through the horn of the shrimp works the best. Use a popping cork or just let the shrimp free swim. Hang on if the bull reds are running.

When fishing reds in florida I always have on hand gold spoons, soft plastic shrimps, crabs, jerkbaits, grubs, topwater baits! As for baits work a live shrimp as bait for the reds and the trout on just a hook or poppin cork or jig!
I am not sure about lure in mention I have never tried them for reds or trout!
I have fished all over florida and I know it sounds a little blah blah but I bet many will agree that a live shrimp will catch just about every fish there!
Good luck and I hope to see you fishing down there, lol!
