I am proud of the amout of time u put into getting fit,,most kids will not.To help u,try what my wife and her friend does, its cheap, easy and only takes a few times a week.
Wrap plastic food wrap around ur tummy,,do NOT wrap tightly, this must allow ur blood 2 flow freely.
Wrap it about 2 or 3 times around, work outabout 45 minutes,,just walk or jog, thats what my wife does. She does a mile 3 xs a week when she works out.
This will cause ur belly to shirnk,,after u take off the plastic wrap after ur work out,,,sweat will boil off ur stomach.!!This helps keep muscles hot and lossen them up for better blood flow and tone them for a stronger tummy line/ reducing ur belly fat.
Drink plenty of water, since u will be sweating it out,,do over do any work out,if u feel like u need a break,,take one,ur young and trust me,,dont worry about what people say of u,because,,they will be the ones who proably wont make it in life,,u will, take care and god bless.

First your over training with that many push ups also try swimming that's the best cardio to get ripped look at any swimmer and you'll see why. First and most important people fail to realize to get the body they want there diet has to be in top condition.Exercising is only 20% of the deal the rest is deit. Stick with dark leafy vegatable keep fruits to a miniuim even tho there good for there loaded with simple sugars. Keep protein and vitamins high and keep fats, sugar, carbs, salt, calories, to almost low to none

Your weight is at a great point for your height.
I predict that by the end of the summer, you will grow another couple of inches, though and slim down where you would like to. Keep up the good, healthy exercize and healthy eating. Those will never hurt you.

Good Luck and hang in there!

You are a perfectly normal thirteen year old boy..lol

It sounds like you are active enough; you will have to change the way you eat. Avoid soft drinks and drink water instead. Drink skim milk instead of 2% or whole milk. Don't eat a lot of chips or french fries.
