In my opinion it is the politicians who REFUSE to fund the Border Control and ICE agents so they can't do their job like they need to.

Mochie...do you really think that we have a choice for the people who we vote for? The people who we have choices for voting for is already chosen for us...look at the GOP...they have already chosen Romney for the Presidential bid...much to my disgust. They are fixed. If these people REALLY did "Represent" the US population do you think the vast majority of the politicians would be LAWYERS? How many lawyers do you come across during the day? And THEY are the ones who are saying what happens here.

I HAVE let my politicians who represent me know how I feel...you know what? They LAUGHED at me and then acted like they didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about!

Te amo...How would you know if I were or weren't directly affected by illegal aliens? For your information, yes, I HAVE been directly affected when they went through my garage and stole a bunch of my husbands tools. I have been affected every time I read on here about an illegal alien being ALLOWED to leave a crime scene after they just hit someone while driving drunk...or how about how many citizens are killed by illegals each year.

Did you know that there were 4 short of 600 Border Agents ASSAULTS last year by these saintly illegal aliens? They affect each and every one of us!

in no particular order:

Congress - for letting the problem get as bad as it is
Corporations - for employing illegals
The President - for not funding border control and for proposing amnesty
Human rights groups - for trying to weaken US laws, thereby making it easier for illegals to enter
Mexican President Fox - for encouraging his citizens to enter the US illegally
The idiot prosecutor who imprisoned two border guards for doing their jobs.

Republicans have had 6 years to address this problem, they have did what in 6 years? Right now a County Sheriff who has knowledge of a illegal can not detain that person.
BTW, Corporations want more illegals not less, they want to flood the market with cheap labor and drive down the standard of living for all Americans, Corporations support Republicans.

Its the politicians who are to blame, they are pandering to the illegal Hispanics, thinking they will have a bigger voting block.
Republicans and democrats are promising everything from the kitchen table to the first born for their vote.
I just wonder who the illegals will chose.

Combination.... Employers looking for cheap labour no matter the cost to taxpayers just 100% pure greed no matter the consequences, our wonderful leaders who would rather put our border agents in prison than enforce the border and immigration laws, last but not least we are for allowing this situation to get as bad as it is without DEMANDING with our votes and our voice that it be stopped.

Lack of enforcement and greed. Not to mention probably a back door agreement made between Fox and Bush. I mean Bush is exceptionally "compassionate" for the Mexican illegals but doesn't seem to care a bit about starving Hatians who land. I mean the creation of the NAU and all is his baby and this would follow suit with that agenda.

Paris Hilton and her parents are partially at fault. Hotels, restaurants, and other labor industries rely on cheap illegal workers.

As long as wealthy corporate interests are served, the government will not do what it needs to do to prevent illegal immigration.

It goes far beyond failure to fund ICE agents.

A more pressing need is to vastly expand funding for the court system to process, fine and deport apprehended illegal aliens.

Currently, most apprehended illegals are not processed criminally by our courts because they do not have the personnel to process all of the cases. Currently, America only prosecutes illegal aliens CAUGHT SIX OR MORE TIMES.
