He ordered the 45 day sentence which will probably work out the 23 days for " good behavior" anyway.

I've heard both on the media. My prediction is that she is out again next week.

And I can't believe I am saying this....because I really do have an issue with her, but I almost hope so. This media circus is unreal. And regardless of it all: having her is an addt'l burden on the sheriffs and the jail personnel. With such a disproportionate amount of the time, energy and focus applied to her and taken away from other prisoners, it is dangerous for them and everyone else. Her getting too much attention takes attention away from protecting themselves and the other prisoners.

So for the sake of everyone BUT her, I'm beginning to think the better thing to do is get her out of there and let us all go on with our lives.

ANd let's face it: after this circus is over, her reputation will never be the same anyway. WHile she won't quite be OJ (and shouldn't be)....her public reputation just won't be the same.

ANd that seems to me to be justice served.

The judge say the full 45 days, but let's see if Baca will defy his orders again, and release her early. Time will tell.

She got the full 45 days, but I'll bet she's out by monday. Let's face it... we're talking about L.A. and they couldn't prosecute a jaywalker if they had video. She'll end up sueing them and I bet she wins. Where is the justice?

Who cares? The country is going to pot. Illegals have invaded the country. Senators want to give amnesty to gangs and criminals. The cost to legal Americans will be in the billions and you want to know what Paris Hilton is doing.

i think of it incredibly is crap too. incredibly on the grounds that she replaced into caught utilising AFTER her court docket date and penitentiary sentence. How is that sturdy habit? i don't probable think of she could bypass to penitentiary besides, she will basically lay around staring at cable and taking part in particular privileges all day i'm confident. She could be made to perform a little form of community provider and pay a great fat nice as a substitute.
