JKD- it is more likely to be used in real life than any other form of martial arts.

A buddy of mine is a guard at a military base. There was some teenager in a mustang trying to get on base without the proper ID. It got to the point where the kid got out of the car and was approaching my friend. After several warnings to stop, my friend took the taller teenager out with the "1-inch punch". It was impressive enough that the teen asked him where he learned it.

The first commenter has the right mindset, but in my opinion: I would go with Jeet Kune Do
Why? One fundamental period of Jeet Kune Do practice (As in actively going to a school of the Martial Arts system) is the experimentation with other styles. I'm not saying that Krav Maga is not friendly to other Martial Arts (And I'm pretty sure you learn a lot of defensive techniques that are based off of other styles), but that period where you could very well go to a Krav Maga school for some lessons :P in my opinion makes Jeet Kune Do slightly better in that sense.
Krav Maga is a very practical Marital Art. The thing about Jeet Kune Do is: The Marital Art side (As in having at least a system [Not necessarily a form or Martial Art] of it is practical, but there is also a side of it where you do what works for you. Simplicity seems to be a somewhat good idea when it has a link to practicality, but that isn't true for everyone. Jeet Kune Do loosense that barrier.
Jeet Kune Do doesn't advocate kicks above the waist, but that isn't written in stone. That means I don't have to throw my previous experience of high kicks (One art that I practice is Tae Kwon Do aka high kick heaven :P) to the back burner everytime.
Jeet Kune Do teaches you to analyze your opponent, and to use the flaws they have as an advantage for yourself. Krav Maga is an all-around self-defense style with an all-around practicality factor in its core. There will always be exceptions to that rule, however. What works for some may not work for others. Jeet Kune Do is so open-ended you can practice it, and practice Krav Maga with the knowledge of knowing how to defend against someone who does Krav Maga. It's all in if you want to confine yourself to one style.
There is exceptions to this rule too: It's not always the Krav Maga practitioner that loses to the Jeet Kune Do conceptualist.

I personally think Jeet Kune Do is a better system, but it depends entirely on the individual fighters. My personal preference for Jeet Kun Do shouldn't cloud the fact that there are some excellent Krav Maga dudes out there.

While I agree that the better fighter would win, both styles are not about fighting. Krav Maga is purely self defense and developed as a counter to the continual threat of violence and danger in Israel. It is based on real-life scenarios and does not ever involve an offensive strike. Jeet Kune Do is about balance and defense and not having to fight at all. Bruce Lee was quite clear about that. And as much as I am a fan of Lee's philosophies and the techniques and style of JKD, in an even match -- or even better, with a JKD practitioner and a KM practitioner faced with the same threat -- I would vote for Krav Maga.

Jeet Kune Do is a more realistic style since it is based on Kung Fu.

The better fighter.

Comparing styles is fruitless because on any given day, any one person can beat another. The likely hood of Fighter-A beating Fighter-B may range from a 1% to a 99% chance, but that is the only certainty.
