I go to the gym and go swimming on a regualr basis, but i can't seem to lose that extra bit of weight or tone up the relelvant bits!! Does anyone know of a good site/plan that would help me get ripped for my bikini!!!!!

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar

I would suggest that you speak to the instructors at your gym, as they would probably be able to offer more specific help that we can, as they would have more information about your body.

But generally, cut down on the fat, make sure you get plenty of carbs/protein for your size, burn off the fat with the treadmill or rower and put on the muscle with weights.

And keep that chocolate away from your mouth for a while :p
