There are quite a few home remedies. One is to take one teaspoon of mineral oil by mouth each day. I don't recommend that one tastes bad.(but it works) Becareful with the whold fiber supplement thing too much fiber can actually cause more problems. I would suggest using a senna-laxative such as senokot. This is a stoole softner. All this does is soften things up a little to make bowel movements a little easier. Start with one tab for a few days and increase as necessary to get desired effect. This is providing that there is no underlying medical reason for the problem. A doctors opinion might not be a bad idea. One oldie but goodie is warm prune juice(yuck). Hope you find something that works for ya.

Coffee generally is a little bit of a diuretic - makes you desire to wee, no longer certain if it might make you desire to transport your bowels, that might be an extra purpose. Come to feel of it , it might be the heat of the drink or your frame simply rejecting the espresso. Does the identical factor occur with Tea or different sizzling beverages? What ever is common for you is OK, a few men and women move as soon as an afternoon, others as soon as per week, nonetheless others 2 or 3 occasions an afternoon, a few after at any time when they consume. So lengthy because the motion is what in most cases occurs for you , it's common.. Everyone is one-of-a-kind on this discipline.
