Look at the lyrics. It's a contraction of "Se ami sai". Something like "If you love you know".

"Se ami sai quando tutto finisce
Se ami sai come un brivido triste"

"If you love, you know when all it ends
If you love, you know, like a sad tale"

Written together like that doesn't mean a thing, but if you read it you get 3 italian words: se ami sai, which means "if you love you know"
Seamisai is a name of a song (spanish version: Sei que me amavas) that appears on the album The Best of Laura Pausini.
