you know what? I had this before and I was so scared it was cancer, because I smoke to and I was alot older than 20. So I went t the ER, They did a x-ray and that turned out fine. Come to find out I had pulled a muscle in my chest. We seem to always worry and it always turns out fine. You'll be ok.

The pain it is probably your inner costal muscles being pulled in the rib cage. That's why it hurt so much especially when you cough. It would be good if you could cut back the number of cigarettes you have a day. That's going to help give your lungs a break and also the Rib muscles.

The best treatment you can do right now is to get a deep tissue massage. The therapist will know how to work the muscles in your ribcage and you will feel better right afterwards.

Low iron makes center paintings more difficult when you consider that it demands extra blood to pump when you consider that there may be much less oxygen within the blood. It can motive bradycardia and in case you have any coronary artery ailment it will probably motive angina or a pointy soreness on your chest. Since I do not understand how lengthy or extreme your anemia is I might advocate you name your MD. Good success to you & believe bigger.

chest pain on the right side is not your heart. Probably some irritation....maybe from smoking, or a lung infection.
